69 Manin Street Deluxe B&B lies in the picturesque Esquilino district, 5 minute walk from Termini Train Station in the heart of the Eternal City.
You have excellent access by bus and metro around Rome, but most sights are a short walk away. You can walk to the Colosseum in under 20 minutes.
The building rises up over one of the ancient Roman Hill, the Esquilino just aside the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. Termini Central Rail is also very close to it. Metro A & B line stops are less than 1 minute walking distance. Not enough? 2 km from Trevi Fountain and Coloseum, 3 km from Spanish steps and the Pantheon.
69 Manin Street does not provide a 24hrs reception desk, however specific telephones connected to info and emergencies lines are available in the rooms and in the guest common living spaces available for any queries.
The place is just in front the local POLICE station and beside the wonderful Basilica of St Mary Major.
The entrance gate is equipped with a special entrance key set which allows only the guest with their room key to enter the guest common living spaces and the area where the rooms are.

The double single has Jacuzzi shower, a double bed or 2 separate beds.
Each guest room at this Deluxe B&B features a hydromassage shower and satellite TV.
Refined furniture creates a family atmosphere in the rooms.

All rooms are intended to host families up to 4 people but also conceived with working station desk for business man.

The Double/Twin Deluxe has Jacuzzi shower, a double bed or 2 separate beds and can accommodate 2 people.

All rooms are soundproof and have: special shower with hydrodynamic massage, free satellite TV with international channels, telephone (local calls are free), air conditioning, minibar 40 litres, safe with electronic system.

You will find furnishings in Cherry-Wood, a headboard with massive wooden edges, ground mirrors on the wall behind the bed, tops in marble. A parquet floor, matching fabrics.

The Triple Deluxe has Jacuzzi shower and can accommodate 3 people.

Featuring rooms have private bathroom and are all equipped with Jacuzzi Showers, well design furnishings and high-quality amenities. This family room can accomodate two adults and two children or four adults.

How to reach the hotel:

From:
Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo Da Vinci): airport there is a train shuttle that on 30 minutes links with Termini Railway Station (500 mt. from the 69 Manin Street B&B). In case you whish to book our Shuttle Limo Service, our chauffer will come to meet you at the Airport Arrivals showing a sign with your name on it. PLEASE NOTE that for payment via credit card there is a 10% extra charge.

By Train:
Termini Railway Station (500 mt. mt. from the 69 Manin Street B&B) is the core of italian railway system, if you come by train, you don't have any problem to reach us from anywhere you came. Moreover take the exit to Via Giolitti.

By Car:
From Leonardo da Vinci/Fiumicino International Airport (West):
Take Highway 80 to Cristoforo Colombo Way and follow the directions to city centre/San Giovanni. Go to Termini RR Station.

From Aquila/Bari (East):
Take Highway A24 and follow to Tangenziale Est Highway. Then take Via Tiburtina and follow the directions to Termini RR Station.

From Florence (North):
From Highway A1, take the Roma Est exit and follow the directions to Tangenziale Est Highway. Then take Via Tiburtina to Termini RR Station.

From Naples (South):
From Highway A1, take the Roma Est exit and follow directions to Tangenziale Est Highway. Then take Via Tiburtina to Termini RR Station.
