REVIEWS:

"The attitude of the staff was very disappointing, rough and arrogant. Even the Director was talking to us as if we were staying there free, and please note we were paying 145 euros per night for such a small room. after evening till morning there is only an old man sits at the reception and he don't know english."

"the hotel is in an excellent position for access to the railway station, good restaurants and sightseeing facilities. the rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff very helpful. the only downside is the breakfast which could be improved."

"Breakfast was pointless and should be avoided if possible, fresh orange juice is diluted etc.
The hotel has soundproof doors but not soundproof windows so if you are a light sleeper take ear plugs."

"Although the area is not exactly uptown it was a brilliant location for those who love sight-seeing and adventure as it is central. The hotel was beautifully clean and tidy. It was really worth the money, more like a four star than a three star. Not or those who get annoyed by slow lifts though! if you don't, then this is the hotel for you! It also has some interesting charcters. My favorite guy was the Roman who can speak english, spanish, french and japanese! that was pretty impressive. "

"Good breakfast including meats and cheeses, good elevator, well above average furnishings, and 2 hours of wireless internet per day is free. after traveling to other areas, we had to return to rome for our flight home, and chose to come back to the amadeus and take the train to the airport (14 euros each). room and bath sizes vary, but nicely appointed."

"The rooms were ok. Not great and not bad. The shower was small but good water. The drain did clog and the shower overflowed. It was very loud outside all night but we experienced that everywhere in Italy. "

" room very small with quite spacious and good bathroom. hotel clean, on a busy street, but room facing street not noisy, breakfast very satisfactory for such small hotel, service ok, lift not so bad. overall: hotel quite satisfactory, but price over 100 euro seems to be exaggerated."
