Antica Colonia Hotel is housed in a villa dating from the end of the nineteenth century, in a quiet residential area of the wine-growing town of Frascati, one of the most popular and well-known towns which make up the beautiful Castelli Romani area located around 20 km from Rome. It has recently been refurbished and now offers excellent standards of accommodation and comfort. The centre of Rome is easily accessible from Frascati; the train takes you right into Roma Termini in the city centre in just half an hour, or there is the option of a bus which takes you to the underground/subway system at Anagnina in 15 minutes or so.
The building is surrounded by a little relaxing park, very close to the centre of Frascati and ESA (european space agency),INFN,LNF,ENEA. The hotel has a wide parking, restaurant, bar and meeting room. The thirty rooms are the perfect fusion of elegance and simplicity.

By TRAIN: From Fiumicino Airport "Leonardo da Vinci" to "Roma Termini" central railway station: take the "Leonardo Express" train; From "Roma Termini" to Frascati downtown: take the train Roma-Frascati (FM4). By CAR: Heading along the A1 Roma-Napoli highway towards Frascati, exit at Monteporzio then follow the signs to Hotel Antica Colonia.

They are decorated in cream colour, the bedspreads and the curtains are well-coordianted in red colour, giving a relaxing atmosphere.
Most of the rooms offer a spectacular view of Rome skyline, particularly striking at sunset.
The family rooms can sleep two adults and up the two children with single beds within the main bedroom.

An international buffet breakfast is served in the breakfast room each morning between 7.30 a.m. and 10 a.m. and is included in the room rate.
