The 66 Imperial Inn Deluxe Bed & Breakfast is a brand new property located in the heart of Rome's historic centre. It is situated right opposite the Teatro dell'Opera and very close to the magnificent Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica.
Next to the inn, one can find the Closseum, Imperial Forum, Trevi Fountain and famous Spanish Steps. The property is easy to reach on foot from the Termini railway station and is well served by public transport. In the area there are available excellent shopping and dining opportunities, as well as an Internet Cafe and laundry.

The B&B, run by a friendly and welcoming team, has luminous, spacious and comfortable accommodation – from air-conditioning to hydrojet showers – and a whimsical décor mixing various periods and using lively colours, oriental fabrics and matching wallpapers, all together creating a warm and inviting ambience for your Roman sojourn.It is a successful mix of nostalgia and design.
Situated in a 1900s palace, renovated in April of 2010 after an elegant refurbishing, the Imperial offers five charming bedrooms within the historic center just in front of the Opera House.
During the day you can catch an art exhibit at the grand Palazzo delle Esposizioni or discover the ancient ruins of Diocletian, Rome’s largest public baths. The Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli is just a short walk away and features the famous Fountain of the Naiads just outside its front doors in the centre of Piazza della Repubblica.If you wish, you can go shopping along Via Nazionale.
Thanks to its strategic location, the Inn is the ideal base for both business and leisure activities.
Excellent shopping and dining opportunities, as well as an Internet Cafe and laundry are available in the area.

ROOMS:

The place offers quiet and exclusive rooms on an upper floor (4th and 2th floor with a big elevator ), each being equipped with private bathroom with comfortable jacuzzi, hydromassage, cabin-shower and furnished of: luxurious toilet equipment (shampoo, soap, etc.), hairdryer, emergency alarms, bathroom in Mosaic and Italian Carrara marble fittings (all made in Italy), double bed or twin beds, LCD satellite/cable TV, radio sat, work desk, digital safety-deposit-box, mini-fridge-bar free, air-conditioning with individual thermostatic controller for cold air and humidity, indipendent heating, electric fan/ventilator, Wi fi connection free in every rooms and in the Social Area at 4th floor, iron/ironing facilities, wake up service/Alarm Clock, daily cleaning service, change of the linen of the bedroom and the bath, every 3 days, fridge free in the breakfast/Social area with water, fruit juice, yogurt, butter, milk and other.
All rooms are finely furnished with every comfort. We have a discount with touristic agency(20-40%), tipical italian restaurants(10%) and rent scooter/car(25%).
The B&B doesn't accept check-in after 10:00 pm. Please note: - For long-stay reservatios, the 66 Imperial Inn requires a non-refundable deposit. The amount of the deposit corrisponds to the cost of 1 night stay for every 3 night booked.- For payments and guarantee we only accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. - If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. - If cancelled up to 9 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. - If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

There are 7 guest accommodations (7 with private baths)
Single occupancy rate is between EUR 70.00 and EUR 140.00
Double occupancy rate is between EUR 80.00 and EUR 140.00
The rate for each additional person is between EUR 20.00 and EUR 40.00

A Continental breakfast is included with room rate
Breakfast is served from: From 8.00 am to 10.30 am, in the Breakfast/dining area
Out of hours breakfast is available at € 10  extra per person.
Additional food services included in room rate: Bread, Fruit Juice, Yogurt, butter and marmelade, Afternoon tea, Dessert, Non-alcoholic beverage

Guests can also choose to have breakfast at the Viminale Bar located directly in front of the property.

How you can get to the hotel:

By Air: 

From to the Airport of “Fiumicino”:

From to the International Airport “Leonardo da Vinci” (Fiumicino) every thirty minutes there is a shuttle train (called Air-Terminal "Leonardo Express"). At the end of platform 24, at the Ferrovie Laziali terminal, "Leonardo Express" is the direct train that links the station with the airport in 30 minutes. Ticket costs EUR 8.78. It links the airport with the Termini station (300 metres from B&B 66 Imperial Inn).

From to the Airport of “Ciampino”:

Via train and bus: Bus service CO.TRA.L. links the airport with the Ciampino station. Here the train leaves from the station every fifteen minutes and it arrives to the Termini station (300 metres from B&B 66 Imperial Inn).

There is also a shuttle bus service available from Ciampino Airport called Terravision Service.

By train: 

Termini station offers train connections all over Italy. We are 3 minutes walk from the station. It has access to all the underground lines (A + B) and it is the main bus changing point in Rome. A private car park (at an additional cost) is located 100 metres from the B&B.

All the public tranports are at 1 minute walk (Metro and Bus) from the hotel.

Guests must inform the hotel about their arrival time.

In case of arrival after check-in time, guests will be charged an additional cost.

If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds/cots
All children from 0 to 2 years are charged EUR 15 per night per person for cots.
All children from 3 to 6 years are charged EUR 25 per night per person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30 per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed/cot or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
